2. Products and Services

We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible in the store. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices shown include VAT when applicable.

4. Shipping

The estimated shipping time is 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates.

5. Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days after receiving the product.

5.1 Return Procedure

  1. Refund (applies only in cases of warranty and right of withdrawal):

    • Via bank transfer (savings, checking, or simplified savings account): processed approximately within five business days after receiving the returned product in our warehouse.

    • Via payment reversal: processed within fifteen business days after receiving the product. This reversal is handled by your bank, so any concerns must be addressed directly with them.

    • Product exchange (subject to inventory availability at the time of exchange). Exchanges can only be made for products of equal or lesser value than the original. Any price difference will be issued as a coupon for a new purchase in our online store. If no replacement is available, a coupon equal to the product value will be issued.

    • Coupon for a new purchase (valid for six months from the date of creation).

  2. Product exchange (subject to inventory availability). Only products of equal or lesser value than the original may be exchanged. Any price difference will be issued as a coupon for a new purchase. If the product is unavailable, a coupon equal to the product value will be issued.

5.2 Product Return Conditions

The product must be returned in optimal condition, without signs of use, with the original tags or, if removed, they must be included in the packaging. Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect the condition of the item. Based on the inspection, we will either send a replacement product or issue a coupon for a new purchase.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information you provide will only be used to process your order and improve your shopping experience.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website.
